My name is Brian Hill and I serve as a pastor in a Baptist church. For many years, I have done mission work in different parts of Mexico stretching up and down the Rio Grande River Border between Mexico and Texas.
With the escalation of the violence in the cities along the border, mission partnerships have been greatly affected. My heart is with the people living in constant fear and danger. There are things that we can do to help and the biggest is to pray.

God has been putting the desire to pray for Mexico on my heart recently and I want to honor that. I have been privileged to do a fair amount of travel in that nation and it is beautiful and vibrant, as are its people; I am sickened by the bloodshed and terror that is spreading there these days. I will join in prayer for an end to the violence and the growing presence of Christ in Mexico.
